TRAIN WITH ME

How does it work?

 

Simply fill in the contact sheet on the first page with a little info about you and what you're looking for and I will then be in contact to discuss further, either by email or Whatsapp.
If we decide we are a good fit for each other I will then send you an email containing a few forms. These are some questions that I would like you to answer in as much detail as possible...the more detailed your answers the more effective your programme will be. 
There is also a health questionnaire and consent form. 
Once I have received these and looked them over I will be back in touch and then provided both parties are still happy, I will start building your programmes for you. 
You can choose how frequently you would like to check in with me and we can do this either via email, Skype/phone, or Whatsapp.

Online PT

  • You aren't tied to a specific gym to train with me 

  • If you already have a busy schedule, this takes away the stress of trying to find a time that suits both of us

  • It can feel more rewarding as you have motivated yourself to do your workout

  • Some people simply don't enjoy having a physical session with a trainer for whatever reasons

  • Can be more cost-effective 

  • If you are a mum, you don't need to find a babysitter for our check-ins or online workouts, the kids can be right there with you

 

Train with me in person

Core & Floor Class

  • The class is aimed at postnatal women looking to start or restart exercise post-birth

  • It does not need to be immediately after 6/12 week check-up, suitable for anyone in the first year postpartum

  • Relaxed setting, I know from experience that babies aren't predictable so any stops needed for feeding or settling are part and parcel!

  • Baby equipment provided such as chairs, mats and toys 

  • A great way to meet other local mums and help your mental health

  • It runs on Mondays and Wednesdays

Circuit Class

  • Wednesday Evenings - ongoing

  • Any age, any ability 

  • Short but sweaty  (45 mins)
